EIAS has been operating over 4 years and was set up to help those who are unaware of the Immigration rules, are unable to complete simple VAF application forms or need guidance to collect their documents.

Gurpal Singh Uppal is a UK born NRI who studied Law and specialises in Human Rights Law, Asylum and Entry Clearance. He set up the first EIAS office in Jalandhar over four years ago and now situtaed above the VFS in Jalandhar and who has been giving free advice worldwide on Pardesan wich Punjabi (Zee Panjabi etc), Doordarshan Kinj Jai Pardes, Sukh Sagar Radio/Panjab Radio and Des Pardes/Panjab Times Newspapers.

The Ludhiana Office has now been opened to extend our services to those who were unable to approach us in Jalandhar from the surrounding areas. People are still scared of making applications and still go to people who are unfamiliar with the up to date laws and are often misguided on simple applications.
